"I recently visited this location because I was shipping something which I don’t do on a normal basis. I didn’t have a box, but I had my label so I went in looking for a box and also thought they would have tape, scissors,etc to adhere my label. Well they did not. So I got my item packed in a box and waited in line for about 20 minutes. I finally got to the front and there was a lady with very short gray hair who I went up to and told her I have my label but there was no tape here to use to adhere it. I asked if I could use the tape sitting next to her and she moaned and seemed reluctant to let me use it. And also said that it wasn’t clear so I would have to not cut down the label so it didn’t cover the label part. I said it was fine with me. Then she noticed I had my item in the wrong box per the company I was using to ship my item. I rarely ship anything and didn’t know I had the wrong box. She was not friendly nor helpful and I felt she was looking down on me because I didn’t know what I was doing. So I proceeded to get a new box, lose my spot in line and drive all the way home to get my own tape. I came back and dealt with another man who was equally not as friendly. I am not only disappointed the post office does not have a station to tape and such like it used to, but at the customer service of this location. DO NOT recommend going here if you don’t know what you are doing entirely because you will feel embarrassed by the workers."

"The service here is far from impressive. For the man who often acts as though all customers are an inconvenience to him, I had asked him for a stamp so that I could mail a Christmas card, to which he applied a long black and white $0.50 sticker along the top. I said, I was hoping for a stamp..... He peeled the sticker off, which ripped the envelope, and suggested I pick out any envelope in the card stand. That could have solved this issue had there been any envelopes that fit the card. I ended up leaving and I will now avoid using this post office."

"This post office has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever witnessed! I read some of the other reviews and I can see that I am not alone in my assessment. ! I had almost the same experience right before Christmas this year that a proviso us reviewer had.... I was there 2 minutes before closing and I was turned away. I had only two boxes to ship, one to someone close to me who was spending his holidays alone while in re-hab out of state and the other to my 3 grandkids in WV. I was waiting on a few items I had made special for everyone to be completed or I would have shipped packages way earlier. So when I arrived at the post office it was the last day I could ship for them to receive for Christmas. They refused me, even tho I still had 2 minutes before closing. I kinda 'went-postal' at the post office (haha) but I was just so disappointed that my loved ones would not be getting their packages for Christmas. The postal workers are ALWAYS grumpy, miserable and darn right mean at this location!! I live in Clarence bit from now on I will drive out of my way to do my business with the USPS!! "I had about 10 pre-paid packages ready to drop off. It was 4:57 and when I pulled up, the door was opened.They close at 5 so I was like YES! I made it! Once the lady at the service area saw me with the boxes, she closed the door. This was 3 minutes before closing. I go in there, knock on the door, and another person said "Sorry we're closed" . I told him these are all set, however he said The computers are shut down so we can t scan them. Then, the lady who closed the door on me comes in and says rudely "You gotta get here sooner okay we can't take these." I told her I was here before 5 and asked if I could at least leave the packages here for tomorrow since I drove 10 miles to do this. She just rolls her eyes and walks back in. I was steaming. The guy next to me with a letter was like unbelievable . Hey lady, if you hate your cushy federal job, don t take it out on the customers that just paid $85 in postage! I've done the same thing numerous times in another location (Batavia) and they were friendly and accommodating. Avoid this post office at all costs."
