"Beware!! Do NOT Pawn anything that you wish get back.I pawned 2 very valuable Gibson guitars.one was my Dad's who passed in 2001.I paid the storage on these guitars for well over a year .I thought we built a little bit of repor and explained to them how much these guitars meant to me and how I couldnt possibly lose them also I said if there was any chance that I would lose them to call me .and it would be paid .I got about a week behind and went in to pay the storage.These heartless morons already sold both of my Guitars without calling me at all .This is easily the worst Pawn Shop ever.This place should definitely be closed for good ."

"Rude to their customers and give their customers attitude not going there again and they do not give the right amount of money for stuff and do not know what they are doing if I could give this place a 0 I would. I also try to sell swords the guy told me that he would give me $80 but then turned around said a different price like $20 and the ugliest woman that works there today told the guy she wouldn’t have got the sword. This place should be shut down and never opened again"

"My wife was interested in the firearms on the wall, so we went that way. While over there I got a text message so I pulled my phone out. Apparently there is a sign that says "no phones, or photos in the firearm section" that was facing towards the employees cause its just in a plastic plaque. While I was answering the text message a women (from the back of the store for that matter) approached me screaming at me "HEY! HEY! HEY!" muttering something else and when I raised my head cause I realized I was the one getting yelled at. She grabbed the sign realizing it wasn't facing me in anyway, shape or form and pointed at it. I apologized and told her I couldn't see the sign, she responded with a smug look and rolled her eyes and disappeared back to the rear of the store. The ONLY reason this place got 2 stars is cause of the young woman at the register explaining to me they could get in trouble due to any pictures taken of firearms. If someone did take pictures of their poor firearm selection I'd be surprised BUT I wasn't. I'd probably try to find atleast a lady in the back with some sort of manners, or atleast half way decent customer service."

"Took in 13.1 grams of 14k gold. They offered me $160. Well the price of gold today is $2,329 per ounce and 13.1 grams coverts to $572.22. So with that, they profit $412.22 off my gold. This place SUCKS. Obviously they are in it to rip you off. I went in knowing what the gold was worth. Now didn't expect full value but, what they offered was ridiculous. Do your research so you don't get ripped off. They need to rename the place Cash America Ripoff."

"Don’t come here if you need to sell gold! They offered $100 on $263 worth of gold which would easily sell for twice the melt value since it’s a nice men’s ring with purple amethyst. Most will at least offer spot price for gold, don’t get ripped off!"
