"I went to the Mall to get my watches sized and every place there either had no one available or refused to do one of them because it was not a brand they sold .My friend told me about Direct Jewelry and we went there. The owner greeted her by first name and was very pleasant. She happily adjusted all my watches and did them all cheaper than the fee to only do one at the Quick fix in the mall that didn't even have anyone working in the shop on a Saturday of all days. She took a bad day and made it awesome. On the way home discovered one was a little bit to snug and we went back and she put a link back in at no cost to my surprise. I am so happy that I found her shop and will be taking all my watches there in the future for adjustments."
"Very Rude service will not shop there. The owner doesn't know how to treat customers and is snotty. *Called to ask if they can replace a battery in a watch was told yes it's $5. Showed up 15 like later went to pay and the owner refused to let us pay with debit card. Said we only take cash under 10.00 but didn't say that on the phone before when we called or when we came in to the store. Told them we would be back tomorrow with cash. It's 5.00 not a big deal to anyone. Asked why they didn't tell us up front about they're cheap policy, and asked why there were not signs letting us know. Owner said She is the sign... complete disrespect to customer didn't want to swipe pur card we offered to pay with and tried belittling us. A joke of a store and a clown of an owner. Non professional looks like a pawn shop with old perfume smell, stay away!"
