"Update! Services offered: alterations, dry cleaning drop off and sewing machine repair. We have dropped off an item for alteration recently and it was done well. Came in with my daughter and while I got absorbed in a discussion about specific type of yarn I was looking for, my sweet little girl nearly took down half the shelves with all the yarn in them (on accident she was trying to reach for something). They were polite, patient and kind. After all it was an accident. They went out of their way to find me the yarn I was looking for. The end result was great. So glad they exist. Friendly local store. "After having never been in to shop but hearing good things, I've been in three times now, and the staff has been completely rude and unfriendly each time. They acted as if I was an inconvenience just by being a customer in their shop, and I highly doubt it was just a bad day for the staff, given that I went in multiple times and had the same experience. Was excited to utilize their dry cleaning services, but the rude behavior and negative treatment is not worth it."
