"wow the place is huge , unbelievable selection. I bought a great Woolrich coat for 25.oo love it. open 7 days a week is nice . they had my wife put her purse in a locker, up front . I guess they had some small items stolen . I see thats catching on with other stores now also. friendly staff & a fuzzy dog greeter ,Great place to shop"

"I love the Rabbit Hole in Canton. I never know what I am going to find. So much better with the new owners. As for the purse policy so many are mentioning, it’s a pretty standard practice. I had to put my purse in my car at a big antique center in Syracuse, same in Watertown, even when I ‘ve been in Florida and other states. In a perfect world, there would be no need but at least in the Rabbit Hole I have the choice to not leave it in my car and I can lock it up and I keep the key."

"I went into Rabbit hole in Canton NY before my doctors appointment today. I was asked to leave my purse at the front counter because it was a large bag or to put it in a small locker they have. First of all my purse was not going to fit in their locker. Second of all I wasn’t going to leave my $300 purse with a lady that I did not know at the counter with all my personal items in it. She apparently didn’t trust me, but wanted me to trust her with my personal items?? She had stated that I left my bag with with her before. No, no I did not!! I would not leave my bag with anybody especially someone I didn't know. The last time I was in was months ago. She looked inside my bag, but she never held on to my bag. Nothing like making me feel like a thief when I go into a store. I understand there’s a lot of theft going on, but this isn’t a way to go about it. You definitely lost me as a customer. I decided to go to Big Lots instead where they don’t treat their customers like that."
