"I had a very bad experience today,went in the store unfolded boxes in the aisles for anyone to trip and fall over,went to the register no greeting,I had set certain items I didn't want to the side,Cashier grabbed the onesI sat up to the side instead of the ones I wanted on the counter in front of her,I then let her know I didn't want those items she rung up (silence), no one had on name tags or masks,I realized she was the manager when a Cashier brought her a big bill to check,finally I was handed my receipt, no thank you come again,so I said to her & left, If the Manager cannot provide quality Customer service how can you expect employees to do so,her additude and professionalism is horrible & she needs to be replaced immediately"

"Zero star! I went yesterday to this Dollar Tree store located at KMart Center, 260 Passaic Ave, Kearny, NJ and I when into shock when I approached this white skin fat lady, who works there, and very polite asked her a question about an item that I was looking for. She told me right on my face "I do not going to help you" then she walk away from me. Disgusting Customer Service."

"This place has their hands full but the employees handle it well. The inventory can sometimes be low but it's mainly because the store is so busy all the time. Just go back the next day. I don't even know how they keep the store stocked without a night shift. The checkout line might make you want to turn around and walk out sometimes but it goes surprisingly fast. The staff has a good balance of the operations here. When a customer comes in wanting a ton of balloons that's when it's time to leave."

"This location is in a convenient area. When I went during the week at around 9pm, the store was not crowded and I was able to browse freely. The only thing that irritated me, was the heavyset female associate that kept coughing and she wasn't wearing a mask. She was very nice and polite, but I hurried up and made my purchase because I was uncomfortable."

"Absolutely the dirtiest store I've ever been in. In the pet section aisle, the entire shelf was littered with mouse droppings from eating the dry pet food that was all over the shelves. All the other aisles were a total mess. Go to another dollar tree, this one was disgusting."
