"Just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in regards to my order I placed in MAY 24, 2021 and it is now JULY 9, 2021. They sure have taken the funds out of my bank account, yet they have not fulfilled my order. I have sent numerous emails and called multiple times on a daily and to this day have NOT received a call back or a response. I don’t even know how this “business” is still open to the public when I read many reviews with similar situations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY HERE!!"

"Placed my order over 2 months ago, was never fulfilled! I tried emailing, calling, left messages, and no one has gotten back to me! I paid over $200 for items I never received and I want my money back! As far as I’m concerned the people who run this “company” are thieves!"

"I found out after 10 days that they do not even have the item I ordered. So I asked for a refund of the charge, and it has been six days since then, and still no response. Since a couple days after I ordered, when I grew suspicious, I tried the chat many times without success, was able to get someone on the phone only once (when they finally informed me they did not have the item and so I asked for a refund), and never, ever get responses via their email. It has now been three weeks, while my order will not be fulfiled but they will not refund my charge, and they will not return my attempts at communication."
