"I go in to get my papers shredded. They tell me their bins are full and I should have called. Seriously? I sure as heck would not have had to call to ship something. Why is the onus placed back on the customer rather than UPS not taking responsibility for not having enough bins for shredding? What a joke"

"Very disappointed to find out they were closed on Sunday for mother's day. I couldn't get in the parking lot on Saturday because it was so crazy busy but I thought they were open on Sunday I couldn't pick my package up today Mother's day. I'm not sure when I'm going to get the opportunity to come back and my package is already been sitting there since thursday. It's unfortunate that someone stole my coffee from my building so I have to have it delivered here in the first place"
