"I visited Tanglewood Stationery to collect money through Western Union. However, I was surprised by a 4% fee, claiming it was store policy, which contradicts Western Union guidelines in the US. Despite contacting Western Union, the staff at Tanglewood Stationery refused to cooperate, using the owner/manager’s absence as an excuse. Adding to the disappointment, the receipt they provided claimed I received $1500, but the actual cash handed to me was $60 short. I’ve reported this to Western Union for investigation. The unexpected fee and the discrepancy in the received amount have made my experience at Tanglewood Stationery less than satisfactory."

"It turns out that I've been coming to this candy store, if you wish to call it this, or card store, for nearly 60 years. It used to have a counter and a soda fountain and much more. However, it does have a great staff and a great card selection and some candy. Yes you can enjoy some fresh coffee and donuts in the morning and whatever they have to offer. You can play your numbers and hopefully when a lottery ticket. What's special about the Tanglewood stationery store is that it stands the test of time. It could use some renovation and some better lighting but it's certainly worth a trip because the guys behind the counter are fantastic."
