"The Drs are nice but the staff can be rude. Also you're always months out for appointments. But the most annoying about this practice is when you sit there and watch the staff girls all yaping behind the counter not answering the phone. They wait ten mins then check messages and then call people back. You always have to leave a message calling, meanwhile when in there, you watch them do this.... The nurses and desk girls need to act more professional. They treat this place like sorority club."
