"The check-out system is inefficient. The cashier lost track of the items she was scanning. The result was me paying for 8 boxes of coffee and only getting 7. When I called the store, a manager was somewhat abrupt. She asked me if I miscounted. Yes, I have a "coffee scam", where I try to bilk stores out of a box of K-Cups! Anyway, I didn't go back. It's not worth the gas money for $4.99, but be aware for mistakes when you're at check-out. They are severely understaffed. Maybe that's why they're inefficient-and impolite!"

I've been to Ollie's in different areas and they are usually better, cleaner and organized. It's really a shame because I was looking forward to a better experience."
