"I will never do business with A Cottage in the City. I ordered a rug, After I paid for it, I was informed that it was out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered until December, 16 weeks later. So I paid for a rug that they didn’t have . This didn’t work for us. So I canceled the order. They insist that I have to pay a 5% cancellation fee. Will not work with me to resolve. Don’t do business with them."

They are beautiful quality, and a great color of wicker. The chairs came with cushions that are nice quality and besides the seat cushion there are back cushions too, which not a lot of wicker chairs come with. The chairs opened up my living room and just look inviting and lovely."
