"Rude staff, can barely communicate. Refuses to refund non-working item, incredibly rude and dismissive. I call after confronting manager, and the man working front end pretends like he doesn’t understand what i was saying, then claims “it wasn’t this store”, (i patronize this business on my way to work, i think I’d know the address.) He then hangs up the phone. Rude staff, these individuals should never be working around people."
