"I went there for an upgrade on the IPhone and just wanted basic/general switched and wanted nothing else change or new features added to my plan. I was told that the “new and up” feature is a default that the store couldn’t override and it was the systems default. I had to wait for 1 billing cycle to call and cancel this feature if I didn’t want it. I already felt something was off because I’ve never encountered this situation before. I wanted to leave but we were already half way into the process of transferring to the new IPhone. I went home and called AT&T 800# and was told that the store had two options for standard or new and up feature. They could have selected one on another. I didn’t appreciate this sales tactic and not being upfront about this. It’s very disappointing since I’ve been to this store years ago and had a wonderful experience and this time was very unpleasant."
