"Dr. Seereiter has a nice demeanor. He was friendly and pleasant on my initial visit. Claimed he was very OCD and followed up on all his patients test and examinations. He ordered a CAT scan and cytology exam on me, which was to be scheduled by another individual. I was told Lindsey would be contacting me about those test dates. A whole week passed, no call from Lindsey. I called the office at the end of week 2, and was told she was on vacation. The secretary took a message for her to call me. Following week, I had to leave another voice-mail to Lindsey. Our home landline was not working currently, and gave her another number to contact me on. Week 3, I called again and was told Sara was handling my chart. I left another message for Sara and specifically told her to call me on the alternate number, for I would not be home to retrieve her message. She called on the landline! I tried calling her back later that day. I was told she was at lunch, left another voice-mail for her. At 3 p.m. I called back and was told she left for the day. I was asked if I would like to leave her another voice-mail. I lost my marbles, said NO. Maybe Dr. Seereiter is OCD, but his staff definitely is not. Completely disappointed. I have a growth of unknown origin on my bladder. Tests would have determined what it is and if it may be attached to my uterus or internal linings. I will be finding another Urologist. After 24 days of getting no response and the run around, I think consulting with another doctor is necessary at this time. He should look into getting better staffing."
