For your convenience, we offer lab draw services on the first floor at Oneida Health Chittenango Lab Draw, with walk-in visits available Monday through Friday from 6 am to 2 pm, closed daily from 12 pm to 12:30 pm.
In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. This includes pre-appointment COVID-19 screenings and thorough disinfection of our facilities. To maintain a safe environment, visitor restrictions are currently in place, with exceptions for pediatric patients and those requiring physical assistance.

"Do not go to this doctor office. I was with them for 20 years and then Dr Tibbet took over. Worst patient care I ever received and the nurse Lucy is ridiculous and acts like she is the doctor giving length of life diagnosis and stating what the doctor will say and they won’t contact you. Plus, I met and had appointments with doctor Tibbet and she never remembered me nor my mother. What is the use of having a family doctor if they send you to the emergency room with your 82 year old mother to get a simple prescription? Please find someone who will treat you with care."
