"The particular practitioner I was primarily seeing is no longer here, but stay away; my mother had similar experiences with the practitioners. As soon as I revealed that I wanted feminizing hormone therapy (something I'm likely no longer able to do because of the permanent consequences of not being treated for so long), I was treated very poorly by the NP I saw; all my concerns were initially dismissed, and when I developed IBS it took being diagnosed from an unrelated specialist for the NP to even consider prescribing medication for my conditions. Once she did so though, the first was contraindicated by a known allergy in my file, the second by a bad previous experience with it, and the third was seemingly entirely unrelated to any problems I actually had, and my NP couldn't give me an explanation. My mother had similar experiences (aside from the hormone therapy part) and revealed to me that the times she saw my NP, the NP wouldn't stop talking about how 'concerned' she was about my desire to transition, and later on even went so far as to try and 'lecture' HER for allowing my condition (that Chittenangi Family Care had ignored for quite some time, until I finally managed to get a referral to a specialist) to get as bad as it did. As I had the audacity to not take medication that was harmful me, I was unceremoniously discharged from their practice, their justification being that by refusing the medication I was an 'unruly' patient. So if you want to be repeatedly ignored when you're sick, and then blamed for how bad your condition gets, choose this practice."

"This place is a mess. They don't know what they are doing.I went more then 3x times to try solve a bill problem , i spoke to the attendants they told me to not worry that was all set. Not necessary pay anything. I receive 3x bills to pay all answer from that place was " Don't worry we will solve this". ONE YEAR LATER I AM STILL RECEIVING BILLS!!! DON'T GO THERE! DON'T GO THERE! FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO YOUR FAMILY! Now i have a attorney office charging me to pay something that they did wrong. Nobody there care. I guess the best name would be " CHITTENANGO FAMILY WE DON'T CARE"."

"Is a half-star rating possible? Sadly, no. This was a great med office until Dr. Friedman retired a couple years ago. Since that time, I have not seen an MD for any of my appointments - nor have I seen an MD in that office at all. Only RNs/LPNs. Nothing against RNs/LPNs, but the quality of care has dropped off dramatically. Example: recently I called for an appointment regarding a migraine headache I was suffering. Rather than booking an appointment for me, I was told "just go to the emergency room". What?? Since Friedman retired, the annual physicals I've gotten from the RNs/LPNs have been skimpy - meaning that there are certain tests/procedures that they blatantly skip over. Is it because there are no doctors in the office? Is it because all the RNs/LPNs are women and they aren't comfortable giving a man a fully physical exam? Who knows. I switched a new primary care physician and couldn't be happier with the change."

"This place has drastically gone down hill since Dr. Freidman left. Long wait times, booking more then 2 months out. 6 weeks to get 2 prescriptions..insane..I mean I get it, you have been through 3 doctors in 6 months but how long do patients have to suffer.?? Just unacceptable!! Period!"

"I've been going here for almost 10 years vigliotie and Tervo are doctors who listen and care about patients as people too. I am highly upset with this Tzeng person who I pray is temporary because this person cut off scripts without seeing my husband without a care of how long he has been on his meds and now he is going through a painful withdrawal this medication has to be slowly decreased to be stopped safely he hasn't even met my husband yet or myself and is making changes to our lives that are unnecessary without re evaluation. I myself am on meds that I have to have for medical conditions and if I were to just stop would cause major medical problems including possible comma he told the nurse to tell us oh well go to the ER I'm not impressed by the complete uncaring attitude toward patients that arent his and making decisions for us without an appointment. I will leave."
