Even ignore the symptoms and redo treatment for non existent conditions! That us if you can get an appt. Most of the Ddr.’s jumped ship and interns will now process your care."

"I am not a patient here but assisted my 87 year old Aunt to her appt. I was a primary care office nurse and medical team coordinator for 20 years, and know how primary care offices run. I was not impressed when I brought her to the walk in 6/10 and I was less impressed today. Check in staff were pleasant. Called in 1/2 hr after appt time which is understandable. My Aunt was freezing due to air conditioner. M/A that put her in was.in hurry but said will get blanket to put around her. She left and as we sat waiting for the Resident to come in she began to shiver. I went out to try and find her a blanket. I saw a person talking to another and she asked, "do you need something". I explained and..she said said well she probably got busy and will get one. Never happened. Resident came in and all I will say is he should not deal with geriatric patients ever. We then waited for the Dr to enter. Both seemed confused and between them not agreeing on a plan, changing their minds a few times and literally not deciding to change he B/P meds or not or if they decided to they failed to convey that to us. They suggested an orthopedic Dr then well maybe not maybe a wound care referral ( we were there for a wound in elbow) but we left and no clear picture of what they decided. They did agree on an xray and the resident was going to send us to hospital to get it until my 87 year old Aunt advised there was one downstairs. He had to go check after we told him. I have NEVER seen a Dr or a Resident act so scattered and unsure in my life.Check out backed up, one person on window and it was 4 pm for a 2 pm appt. Thank God the X-ray department was wonderful."

"My wife arrived for her 9:00am appointment today 1/22/24 at 9:10am and was turned away because you were "too busy." The appointment was for a 2 step PPD which first starts with an injection (which probably would have taken 20 minutes from check in to check out). I called over to see verify why my wife had been turned away. The person who answered the phone said that my wife arrived to check in and was then put in the system as a no call no show upon checking in. The lady on the phone clarified "there is a 15 minute arrival window and while your wife was checking in, the 15 minute window was hit and so we changed to rescheduling and put your wife in as a no show after rescheduling. There is nothing we can do." My wife's appointment was for work and we had to get a babysitter for today. I doubt you all care enough to know that we spent money on this and are losing money by having to delay when my wife can start working. Most definitely the worst customer service we have ever seen in our life! Not an ounce of empathy was shown by this facility."

"Dr Greg stonier is phenomenal!!! My 8 year old doesn’t feel comfortable with many people. He made my daughter feel comfortable , got her to laugh , we left with my daughter saying she’s going to keep him as her dr “forever” lol."

"My son went to his scheduled appointment to be seen for his asthma. But because everyone is spooked over covid they denied seeing him until he had a covid test done and guaranteed us that they will give him a call with the results and if negative they would see him the next day. Two days later and no follow up call. Lourdes offered no remedy, solution, care nor concern of my son not being able to breathe. It was as if their concern was to save themselves from a so called threat. He was seen elsewhere the same day for treatment. Thank god for alternative options"
