"First, I would like to say, great job Camellia! She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The storage unit itself, amazing. It was very clean and very well maintained. I noticed a lot of security cameras throughout the whole premises. No gimmicks, no false advertisement just straight up good business. The best part, while everyone's charging $150 or more or a more for a 10x10 storage unit, 101 along with a $100 security deposit. Wich you get back after you move your stuff out of the unit. That's the way I like to do business. Overall, I very pleasant and safe experience. Keep up the great work."

"Just aweful!! This place is poorly run and not worth the aggravation. Numerous times the mistakenly charged me a late fee when I wasnt late - and I had to call or go in each time. I finally ended my contract with them in Sept and still havent gotten my deposit refund back and its now Dec! When I try to call the owner is never there and I have yet to get a return call back. The last time I called they said there was a note stapled to my account that says I wasnt getting a refund because the unit was dirty. But I left nothing in the unit when I left an no damage to it at all. I didnt know I was responsible to "sweep the floor" - even though there had been items on the floor the whole time so there was nothing to sweep. I have never heard of such a lazy excuse!! Dont rent here and if I could give no stars I would!!"

"The slogan states "If you find a better price for storage we'll beat it by 10%" yet when I came in to get a 10' by 10' storage room the lady in the office stated "that other place has fees so it's not better than our price even though I got on the phone with the place in question and that would be the price but she wouldn't match it nor beat it by 10%. False advertising. Horrible customer service."
