"For the life of me!!!!!!! How the hell can another doctor not be able to see what meds you gave my daughter! We weren’t given discharge papers as we were taken straight out in the ambulance!!!! Then when you call the receptionist sounded so scared on the phone that we couldn’t even understand her to the point that we just gave up on trying to get information!!!!! Place has gone down so fast we will NEVER be using them again"
"Partner was told multiple times since LAST week that he would get his prescription re-filled this week, only to be blown off and given the work-around. He finally went into the office today to get to the bottom of it all, only to be told his doctor was on vacation. This was never once mentioned prior, nor was there any indication of an issue despite calling Thursday, Friday, yesterday, and today. If there was to be a delay, that's understandable, but no indication was given. Absolutely unacceptable behavior when dealing with people's medications :("
"The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and clearly had no desire to be helpful at all. Called later on the phone and I'm pretty sure it was the same lady. Again extremely rude and impatient, and not interested in answering my questions."
