Our Offerings:
- Comprehensive Fitness Classes: Join us for a variety of public classes focused on cross-training and total fitness. Our classes are scheduled Monday through Friday at 5:30 am, 6:30 am, and 5:30 pm, with special Senior Classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 pm. Saturday classes are led by our expert trainer, Bryan Hathaway.
- Specialized Training Sessions: Whether you're interested in boxing, kickboxing, MMA, or grappling, we offer personalized lessons by appointment. Our experienced trainers are here to guide you through every punch, kick, and move.
- Top-Notch Equipment: Our facility is equipped with everything you need for a complete workout, including bikes, treadmills, free weights, and elliptical machines.
Meet Our Team:
- Peter Cole: A professional mixed martial artist and fitness coach, Peter brings his extensive experience from the MMA world to our gym. With a background in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a passion for strength and conditioning, he's dedicated to helping you reach your fitness potential.
- Aaron: With a background in sports nutrition and extensive experience in martial arts, Aaron is committed to helping you become the best version of yourself. His expertise in personal training and coaching is invaluable to our community.
- Bryan Hathaway: Owner and strength & conditioning specialist, Bryan has over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist. His philosophy of "Fitness For Life" is the cornerstone of our mission.

- Tioga Fitness: Located at 115 Hickories Park Rd, Owego, NY, in the Peak Performance Physical Therapy Building, this facility offers a public gym environment with a focus on total fitness.
