"I didnt receive a reminder call until the day of my appointment and was at work and missed it. I called back and couldnt afford both copays at the time so i said i couldnt reschedule at that time. I had every intention on rescheduling when i got paid. I got a letter in the mail saying i was discharged from the practice. I left a voicemail for the manager explaining i was upset and that i did not want to be discharged and i never even got a call back. I called again and the woman on the phone told me once i was discharhed i was discharged and she couldnt tell me why. I have never been treated this way at any practice ever.. its a shame because i love the doctor. I hope the office can keep up with the quality of customer service that the doctor deserves."
