Dr Planer was sure to take his time getting to know me during my first visit. He was very thorough in both taking my personal history and initial vitals. His office and nurse (her name escapes me but she is AWESOME) have always been prompt in getting back to me whenever I had a question or concern. He is always quick to recall our previous conversations and updates from last year’s appointment—I notice and appreciate things like that. He is super down to Earth, and I had zero qualms about following him from his Baldwinsville office to the new one in Camillus."

"I just recently started seeing Dr. Planer in December although he seems quite nice, trying to get a hold of anyone is next to impossible and results for a test I had over a month ago still hasn't been posted on my portal nor has anyone answered my message I sent them a week ago,very very frustrating to say the least!"
