Dr. Sveen values the opportunity to connect with his patients, understanding their interests and providing tailored general eye care. A native of Upstate New York and a Dartmouth College graduate, Dr. Sveen further enriched his education with a year at the University of Oslo. He completed his medical training and residency in Ophthalmology at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse and has been serving the Central New York community since 1997.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Sveen is affiliated with Crouse Hospital and SUNY Upstate Medical Center, where he contributes as a Clinical Instructor. When he's not caring for patients, he enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including skiing, running, and boating, as well as spending quality time with his family.
