"Went to emergency room for my father and dr Garber pretty much refused to treat him. My father was put in a room for 2 1/2 hours before I had to go to nurses station and ask what was going on because no one would tell us anything and no one had been in to see him. Dr garber told my father he wasn’t in pain instead of looking at his chart or asking him when his pain was as high as possible with blood clot in his leg and clogged arteries. Then dr garber suggested heparin and morphine which my father refused but agreed to tramadol. They hooked heparin up to his IV anyways and then came back in and said they needed to talk to dr about toradol which the good nurse on duty quickly fixed and made sure that he received tramadol instead. Dr garber ordered a cat scan and when pushed down to the exam room the tech made his IV all bloody from rubbing her finger against it and pushing the IV partially out. The tech also forced my fathers leg straight which caused excruciating pain. After the test dr garber said it would take 45 minutes to get test results and we waiting about 1 1/2 hrs with no results."
