"Horrendous!! Very poor quality!! They were supposed to remove the rotten wooden window frames and instead just fitted the new windows and trimmed around the damaged wood with aluminum. Windows leak due to the terrible installation. My siding is damaged in numerous areas from their scaffold. Beware!! Avoid like the plague!!!"

"We had a good experience with the sales rep Craig. We had some concerns about bad reviews we had read, but he assured us they backed up their work and should have no problems. He was very thorough and clear in explaining the windows and work to be done. The installer, Frank was very detailed and meticulous in his work. He installed the three windows in one day. He cleaned out the area where the work was done, removing the old windows. He even finished the trim on two small windows installed by another company. We were not charged. We are extremely happy over the installation and quality of work. The windows have a lifetime warranty for any glass breakage."

My wife in particular is not easily impressed but she was thrilled with the final product and how great the installers were. Craig did our estimate and was resistive and great to work with.
