"Beautiful sculpture! Interesting (and amazing) to think of all the people who crossed over in this area! It would have been a difficult crossing with the current! Worth a stop to reflect on the history."

"Very beautiful statue commemorating Harriet Tubman. This is located right by the Silo Restaurant. Just a few ft away, you can see it from there. There is a parking lot across the street to park at."

"A great place to relax and enjoy good food. The Silo and Griffon are right there. The Silo (when open) also severs Perry’s ice cream. While the Griffon has Live Music and great views and food. There is also a monument of the freedom crossing, where slaves would flee from salvery by crossing over to Canada in the 1840’s and 50’s."
