"My experience with Arlo Roofing was outstanding. I had an old roof that had to be completely stripped and redone, as well as a trouble-spot where a recurring leak had occurred over the years that was specifically addressed. I could not be happier with the entire process, from the initial discussion with Sam Medina and owner Roberto Valverde, all the way to completion of the work. Both men were extremely accessible by phone, even when they were not on site. Both Sam and Roberto personally supervised the work at various times, and the foreman who was there when they were not on site was terrific. The entire crew was pleasant and very professional, and Roberto personally worked on the roof and supervised the final day to make sure completion was timely, as there was a potential rain issue. Additionally, there were multiple situations that were discovered during the work and Roberto immediately put me in the picture, so that we could address how to approach them and discuss material and labor costs. There was no question that Roberto was only interested in making sure that the integrity of the roof was the priority and that he did not want to leave a job without it being done “right.” All costs, including any situations that arose during the project, were totally transparent and reasonable and, in fact, some of situations were discovered and addressed without any further cost to me. Furthermore, all work and materials were contractually guaranteed and I was instructed by Roberto to advise him of any future problem regarding the work or materials and that he would promptly remedy them. I cannot more highly recommend Arlo Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement or repair."
