"I highly recommend Allure for your bathroom remodel needs! I went with the 5 day renovation and from start to finish, everything was incredible! Rich, my customer service rep was so friendly and encouraging. He patiently explained the process and was really helpful in making what I wanted fit in my budget. Then Emilio, the project manager was also very helpful and responsive. His humor was infectious and made me feel comfortable starting such a big project. But the true stars, in my opinion, were the gentleman who completed the work in the bathroom: Ivan, Vladimir and Luis were PHENOMENAL! They were courteous, professional and thorough. Every night, they mopped and left my home looking beautiful. You would only know any construction was happening if you looked at the bathroom or noticed the dumpster in the driveway. While the project was expensive, the price was comparable to other companies, but Allure offered much more incentives! I felt confident, secure and excited working with them every step of the way. When I save back up and get ready to tackle my kitchen, Allure will be my only call!"

Please see below for the full review: Over the course of three and half weeks in February, Alure gut renovated two bathrooms and refreshed a powder room at our house. Before I go into my glowing review, I would like to provide context of the complexity of this project. - While it did have newer fixtures, one of the bathrooms was original to the house (90 years old). - The other bathroom was 40 years old and the pipes had corroded to the point the drainage system wasn't working. - Two of the bathrooms had no ventilation One of the bathrooms shared walls with a room that had ornate plaster walls - The village I live in has a very strict building and permitting system With all of the items above considered, I thought I was in for a 6-8 week project that would be very cumbersome and slow. However, I couldn't have been more wrong. From start to finish the process was efficient and seamless with constant communication. Below are some of the highlights that made this process so amazing. Our consultation with Ravil Agi was extremely educational and made my wife and I feel like we had the correct expectations of the project timeline and costs. Ravil's knowledge of Alure, its capabilities, bathroom design, and financing options allowed us to choose the best path for us. Additionally, during his six hours with us, Ravil never pressured us into a sale or tried to upsell us on various fixtures, tiles, etc. Marc Ferrara, who was our project manager, was an experienced and consummate professional who never hesitated to answer a question or help coordinate a change. He was at our home every single day and communicated any scheduling changes far ahead of time. This allowed a seamless transition between trades coming to my home to continue with the next step of the project (e.g. electricians and plumbers were in the bathrooms the day following demolition). Without Marc, I can't imagine how stressful this process would have been. Nassau Suffolk Mechanical (Plumbing and Electric) and Jim Laird (Installer) were also amazing tradesmen whose work was clean, professional, and of the highest quality. Alure works with a permit expediter (Dianne Powers) who helped us navigate this project through the bureaucracy of my village's building department. The financing arm of Alure was robust with great options to choose from and was one of the deciding factors of choosing Alure over other companies/contractors. All of my punch-list items were noted and resolved within one week of flagging them. Additionally, Alure offers a three year warranty on all their work, something most contractors wouldn't be able to do. My wife and I are so happy with the work and would use Alure again for another major project at our home. Thank you again!"

From the computer imaging in the beginning, design process all the way to final walkthrough, was a pleasure.
