Install Ice water shields, up to 3’ all gutter section and roof valleys. Install Synthetic underlayment roof protection on entire roof Install 6 nails per each shingles. Install ridge vent system on the entire ridge section. Install step flashing were necessary Install replace new pipe flange. Install GAF Ridge cap shingle caps. Customer choice the roof shingle color_________________ Blow out clean up the Gutters Magnetic sweep for the nails Install new step flashing around of the chimney 1 Pc plywood included if needed more new plywood additional charge $ 4.00 per sq ft Each sheet plywood ½ cost $ 125 if is 5/8 plywood cost $135 if is ¾ plywood cost $ 145.
