"Michael Naclerio is the most incredible, knowledgeable, dependable and caring contractor who completely resolved my water problems in my basement. He efficiently mitigated surface water running towards the foundation wall of my house and entering the water well and down the wall of my basement. He told me he was able to accomplish this by grading the area around the window and pitching this area with a positive flow away from the foundation and window well. For more than 3 weekends we had tremendous rain storms.Each time throughout the night, I had to use as many as 40 towels to catch and soak up water as it came into and down the wall of my basement. During one storm I was able to hold my wet vac on the inside window sill to catch the water as it entered. 3 times I had to empty the vac before the rain slowed down.This continued overnight until 6:30 AM. Then after Michael’s work was completed to redirect the rain we had even a worse rain and wind. I kept checking every hour , until 10AM, to see if water was entering. I was so thankful that the work that was done, eliminated my horrendous situation. I will include here, photos of the water coming into my basement, the completed outside work and the dry wall after the worse rain. I am unable to post 2 videos of horrible rain.
