"Do not do business with these people. They have extremely poor communication skills. They will deliver the equipment with no heads-up and will show up at your house at 5am. They will charge you more than quoted. You’ll find charges to your credit card that you did not authorize. You’ll get random emails or texts to confirm pick up days or weeks before the due date. They have no empathy at all. Flat out rude."

Navi Star Cleaning:

"We needed 19' electric scissor lift for Holiday lights installation. Scheduling lift delivery and pick up with Durante Rentals was very easy , fast and pleasant task . After careful consideration of all our options we decided to go with Durante Rentals because they provided us with reasonable pricing options and wonderful customer service. Dave was very helpful in coordinating the scheduling, delivery and pick up . The dispatchers delivered and picked up the lift within the scheduled time frame which made our job more efficient.
