"Today I received the best customer service, from any industry, retail store or otherwise, I have ever experienced. Chris made himself available to meet my last minute need when I broke my rod the day prior. With a big fishing trip coming up in two days I was able to get it replaced under warranty within 30 minutes of calling; fortunate to both the fact that I work and live locally, and so could avoid shipping and handling, etc. by stopping by on lunch, as well as the fact that they happened to have my rod on hand.
