"Our new home is about 75% complete and we are QUITE pleased with the experience thus far. David Sparks has been an honest partner in this process, holding regular meetings with us and an impromptu meeting or two on the actual site as well. He relies on a small number of proven subcontractors and is often on the job site, even though it is quite some distance from his Lockport office. Unlike some builders we have heard of, David actually encourages us to visit the site, which we do regularly. He always answers our questions and never makes us feel like we are "getting in the way" It is OUR home, after all! From day one, we were looking for QUALITY over flash, and David is fully on the same page as us here. He is also a BIG fan (as are we) of "no (financial) surprises," so he actively keeps us informed on a regular basis, even going so far as to gently caution us against agreeing to several "small" and tempting on the fly expenditures that add up so quickly.
