"Spectrum is starting to be wayyyy over priced and the staff is limited in information to help. They managed to cut our service over the holidays due to a mistake on their part. They disconnected our service to our house because they mixed up our address up with someone that moved into the neighborhood. They didn't even offer anything for the trouble. So we had to create a new account which was a long process too. Spectrum didn't even offer anything for the trouble. Horrible."

"First, this is not my local spectrum store. Mine is much better. Not knowing if this is a corporate or franchise leave this review. My mother and I were returning her cable box. She now streams Spectrum TV. We signed in and waited. Many didnt sign in, though verbally greeted and asked to sign in. We were called, and I mentioned the place seemed understaffed. Two were working. I was told Sundays had just one person on. I said that sales could be lost. She said she would lose sales if staffing was increased. I then wondered if they were partially paid by commission. Why would she lose sales, particularly when some people left. I know all customers aren't buying and need service assistance. Its a luck of the draw who to take care of, particularly when using a sign in station. This experience wasn't what should be expected. I once was a senior manager of a retail store for a large corporation, with a small footprint, so I understand scheduling, but this is Spectrum, a large store footprint for a large corporation serving the city. Labor is part of a profit and loss statement, too are people leaving the store."
