"This may be the best shop I have ever visited. I was in Cleveland for something this week and e-mailed Brent about something I was looking at. When I got there, they had everything set up for me like I was their best customer. Brent's salesman, also Brent took lots of time with me, then left me alone to make my decision. He went over and above to help me and give me lots of great information. We were able to make a very fair deal. Brent's (the owner) son (I can't remember his name) did a setup for me. This young man has some real talent a a great future ahead of him. I picked my guitar up the next day when I was heading home and it was noticeably better. The service that these folks gave was second to none, the selection is first class, and the input that shared made me feel like I had known them all my life. This is the shop you want to deal with."

From the moment I walked into the door to the time I left, Brent and Brent were both awesome and super helpful! I was able to play a 50s Standard and take my time and ask all the questions I had before taking home my new guitar. Super knowledgeable/experienced, helpful and very friendly! Recommend them over any of the big box local music shops."
