"Bought a surefire socom65-RC2 suppressor from here. While I was waiting on the tax stamp to clear they installed a surefire muzzle brake for the suppressor. Tax stamp clears pickup suppressor and it will not install on the muzzle brake they told me would work. Come to find out Surefire had discontinued the suppressor and stopped making the correct muzzle brake needed well before I was sold the suppressor. When I went to store and complained I was told surefire was going to do a limited run on the muzzle brakes and I would receive the correct one. Been over 6 months and nothing. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. Would not recommend this store. Currently consulting with our lawyer to see what options can be pursued."

"I’ve been going here for a few years, it’s a great place. Todd and Jason are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been really into guns for years and I get frustrated with the lack of technical expertise at most gun stores. But, every time I go to the Cleveland Armory I learn something new. They are 100% the best place to go for NFA items the owner knows the process better than any other gun stores in the Cleveland area. I learned that first hand from experience. They are equally helpful with beginners and give very good safe advice. They are also not at all arrogant or intimidating about guns. I’ve never seen them make someone feel dumb for being new to guns, which is another annoying part of most gun stores."
