"Dan and AJ worked at my house today. I called yesterday because I was under a time constraint as my pool is being installed tomorrow. I had a porch that was partially demolished and needing new and up to code posts to support the upper addition/ deck. The staff was really helpful and Dan came out and prepared an estimate with a promise to come back today. He came when he said and got to work. 2 and a half hours he had poured concrete and put brand new posts and excavated the porch and removed ALL materials and cleaned everything. He then offered to push back the clean fill area behind my home and when I went to give him a check for the estimate amount he said no, he didn't do as much work as he thought he would so he would email me a reduced bill. So he came the day I called for an estimate, came the next day when I know his business is backed up because I was in a jam, and is offering me a discount on top of it because it was less work than he thought. Who does that? I am not sure anyone other than Dan Brown. I will not only recommend him to everyone I know I will not consider using anyone else moving forward. Thank you Dan."
