"needed complete roof replacement on 96 year old house that included complete tear off of original cedar shakes. I had concern with sag of rafter and ice buildup which had prompted a leak. Jason visually inspected in the attic and the roof; took pictures (which I never saw); and I was presented with a very expensive quote which I accepted because I felt reassured that the structure would be addressed. I even had a personal and a business recommendation for this company. I am dismayed that the sag is still apparent and the above mentioned beam was not addressed. Although the issue was acknowledged by the owners, no remedy was offered. I have other upgrades to do but I will not use this company again."

"Son is running the company and is very put off by people getting other roof estimates. A few of my LM coworkers used them but when another female tried to get them to give an estimate the son would not give one until she mentioned names of other Lockheed people. He then measured but just had Daddy Jim call back to say the did not want to quote due to busy and prices all over.. I will strike them off my recommendation list."

"I called to have am estimate done on my home. They didn't give me a time they would b able to show but they gave me a day. A few hours later I got a call back to b told that because it is a mobile home they aren't going to bother. This is still a home that has a roof and it needs repair, I am just glad they showed their true colors before they were hired."
