"Had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. Not only did they take forever to get the appraisal finished, after having plenty of time to do so, they scheduled a time to do it and didn't go. They told us they were going to a certain day, didn't go and took our money way before they finally did decide to go. Do not use this company. They are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. Don't waste your time they will screw you over."
"Talk about a rip off on price and the quality of work. Gave an appraisal on a property that that bank even laughed at. Was late to the apraisle. Took 3 week to even show up for the apraisle. Realy piece of work would give a no star review if I could. Used comps 14miles away when there were 8 with in 3 miles. Even her Call leagues that she knows looked at the apraisle and claimed it was a joke and that this is how she was. HIGHLY RECONMEND NOT DEALING WITH THIS APRAISLE COMPANY"
