"My custom demon slayer plates were taken off my ps5 while they had it. I was given 2 different stories about the plates. The 1 person told me they take them out when items go on the floor for sale. That they don't sell customized consoles. The 2nd person told me it was illegal for them to remove anything from the consoles. They didn't even try to look for my plates either which means to me someone at this location removed my plates and stole them. I still have the original white plates at my house that came with the system. I will be taking legal actions in regards to this since the plates were not cheap! Shame on you all for stealing someone's property!"

"I've never been in a more spacious pawn shop as this one. It was large and spacious as one can tell from the pics I took. It was clean and looks well maintained. IMO as a customer service professional, two things were missing when I walked in: 1) A greeter to welcome me and 2) A customer service rep to check in on me The one thing that stood out was a Police officer on duty. That was a very prominent figure standing in my line of sight as soon as I walked in. But no one came to welcome me. I even walked around for 10 minutes and not one person said a word to me. That wasn't a good experience for me. The prices were quite high, even for used tools. Since I know the prices of many tools, their prices were very similar, maybe a few bucks off. It amazed me. Nonetheless, it was a clean place."

"Although this business has a variety of high quality items such a jewelry and appliances, their customer service is horrible. Gilbert helped my husband as he was looking for new pieces of jewelry to add to his collection. He was very rude, short- tempered, agitated for whatever personal reason, and overall one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered."

"Pretty unprofessional in my very limited interactions with this company. Was trying to buy a Macbook from them and was trying to verify the information about it as I use these devices for repairs. The employee instead of telling me they in fact didn't have the laptop I was looking for ghosted me for about an hour and then just changed the price and when I asked if it was a no (clearly it was) I still got no response. Only wasted about 2 hours waiting around when a simple N and an O would have been just fine."

"I’ve been coming here since I was 17, whether I was looking for a gold chain or pinky ring, and today at 25 I got my wedding band and my wife’s set! Everyone in this store is amazing, but the manager Ashley Apple takes the win! She has always been so helpful and always went above to make sure I left satisfied and with a good deal! 1000xs recommend this place!"
