"The people were friendly and cordial. The majority of the staff are rather young but energetic. The atmosphere was pleasant and no pressure. I give it 3/5 only on the basis of what was offered to sell a wedding set with retail of about $4k and was only offered $200 when the asking price was 10 times the amount. The staff was very polite when they mentioned they would not be able to come close to my asking price and said they were sorry and to have a nice day. There was zero pressure or any attitude from the staff."
