"Not very helpfull w/ anything, for being paid by our taxes. Instead of sitting around texting inside, they could offer assistance in order to keep traffic and wait times reasonable. If it's close to closing ,they'll use equipment for lines that were formed and waiting to unload. Quitting time gets their Attention, nothing else does unless they're getting a text!
