"NBT Bank Stadium is a nice place to watch a game. The stadium is home to the Syracuse Mets AAA team. Capacity for the stadium is above 10,000. Most seats in the stadium have very good views. Parking at the stadium is fairly easy as the parking lot is right in front of the stadium. The ballpark offers standard ballpark food, but it is very good. Some of the concession highlights include a Chick-fil-A stand, Hoffman hotdogs, Perry’s Ice Cream, and Pavone’s Pizza. A regional classic, salt potatoes are served here as well. The stadium is easy to get around and has wide concourses. The team store was fairly large and offered much Syracuse Mets merch. While the stadium is very good and has comfortable seating, there are no inspiring views or much to look at outside the stadium. From some of the seats in the upper deck it is hard to see certain parts of the playing field below. For day games it is best to sit along the third base line as that is the shadier and cooler part of the stadium. It is best to buy tickets to games online. The ticketing service was kind of quirky and took some getting used to. Either way a good experience is to be had here. Get yourself to this nice ballpark in Syracuse."

"We had a great time, and it was a pleasure to have so much staff that enjoyed being there. The mascot was fun, the kids loved playing in the grass area, and if the sun was too hot where we ordered our seats, they even allowed us to move."

"Great AAA minor league baseball park. One of the only minor league stadiums with a real upper deck for seating. This leaves the playing field views cleaner for fans who truly want to watch the game without many distractions. Prices are very reasonable and staff were terrific. Parking was quick and easy with access from several entrances."
