"I recently bought christmas stamps from your website. The cost of this service actually exceed the cost of the stamps by a couple of dollars. At no point was I warned that I would be charged an amount that would actually be more than the cost of the stamps. I have used this service before and was never charged for the service. I am shocked that you are using a Christmas order to make a profit. You should be ashamed. I am 88 years old and must use your mail order service for stamps .You should be ashamed to be price gouging at this time gof the year."

"The carrier should deliver the package next to the door!! The carrier leaves the package randomly downstairs in the hallway and every resident in the building has to know and open the package!! that’s ridiculous… it’s on seneca turnpike this week! they are so lazy! and last time I wanted to get my mail.. on of the envelopes or letters was stuck in between I couldn’t reach it till next delivery so that the carrier will open the mailbox and get the letter!"

"The USPS website says this location takes passport photos and by appointment only. I made an appointment two weeks ahead. They called at 6am the morning of the appointment to cancel and tell me they never do photo service. Because of the extremely late notice I couldn't even make a new appointment for the same day elsewhere."

"I would give no stars if possible. The worst customer service, nobody ever answers the phones which is really inconvenient in a lot of ways. Mail gets delivered to the wrong house quite frequently. If it's delivered to the wrong neighbor they just throw our mail away. Pretty sad that the Onondaga Hill post office had turned into this. It USED to be a good place, with FRIENDLY and helpful staff. Gone are the good ole days."
