"I was nervous to get a new bed because I have had the same one for 10+ years. Being a disable veteran it can be difficult to find things that are comfortable but luckily I had Amber helping me. She was compassionate and really cared that I got the right bed to help relieve my pain. She showed me all the different options from soft to firm. I decided on firm and was able to find a mattress within my budget. She made the process easy and smooth. I was able to get my bed delivered the next day. The gentlemen dropping off the bed were very polite and were in and out in 10 mins. Overall highly recommend going to metro mattress in Cortland"

"Let me start out saying, if you don’t think they have something you can afford, I promise you, they do. Terry helped us pick our mattress, he was nothing short of amazing! We had our baby and 5 year old with us and both Terry and Kyle made us all feel at home… in a store. They understand kids will be kids, they don’t make you feel like you should have left the kids at home. It was awesome. Terry spent probably a good 1.5-2 hours with us educating and having us try different mattresses. Now while I hope we don’t need a new bed in the near future, I’m a little sad we won’t have to go back. These guys know what they’re doing and don’t push anything, at all, period. They have you try the beds and let the beds do the talking. I really hope they’re still there when we need another mattress in the future.
