"Everyone involved with my visit was wonderful! They were kind, considerate, and helpful. The virtual doctor was so nice, very pleasant and answered any and all questions I had. The ladies working there helped me figure out what my insurance did and did not pay for. They even helped me choose a flattering frame for my new glasses and gave me a free pair of contacts to try out my new prescription. I've been going to Visionworks for years and they've always been accommodating. Would highly recommend them."

"The associates were wonderful and took great care of my exam, glasses choice, and pricing. I felt understood, cared for, and valued. My glasses are beautiful and even though I have no vision insurance they helped me find a deal on two pairs of glasses in my budget. I was worried even making the appointment with no insurance but the woman who helped me found an excellent deal where I could get A SECOND PAIR FREE! My original total would have been more than $700, but she got it down to $200! I ride the bus and I had exactly one hour for my appointment, she got me out the second my bus showed up! I will only come to visionworks for my glasses needs!"
"Wow…simply wow! Fantastic first experience at this location. I have been wearing glasses my entire life. I have bern to several different practices. This way, by far the best! In and out in just over an hour but still very detailed and thorough. The doctor pulled up the scans of my eyes on the screen and went over them. Explaining which each part was and what it does. First time I have ever had a doctor do that. She explained everything. I then went to pick out glasses and was a super easy process. The lady who helped me was very informative, helped me get a good deal on a second pair, and was super friendly. 10/10 recommend and will for sure visit again!"
"The eye exam offered is excellent, that part deserves a 5 star rating. The glasses are so over priced. Even with my insurance, I still need to spend $200 and that is for a no name pair of non glare glasses. I can use my insurance at another store and get a pair of high quality name brand glasses with non glare, scratch resistant and blue screen for only $30 with my insurance."
