"Had an issue with a refrigerated medication delivery and called the facility directly for help. Denise was so lovely to say call the 800 number and refused to help. Other facilities have no issue when it comes to medication but I guess Denise the gatekeeper has no conscious and does not care about sick patients."
"I wish I got her name. Believe she has red hair. I went to this location to drop off a package. Unfortunately the shipping label did not print out all the way.
