"2016 I've never had a problem with the quality of work done, but the customer service could be improved. I've waited at the counter without being acknowledged by employees and one time one of the mechanics was smoking at the counter so I had to leave since I was with my baby. Edit 1/2018 Thought I'd give this place a try again only to have the owner treat me like I'm an idiot over the phone and act exasperated with me about having my tire fixed even though I told her I was in no rush to have it done. Customers are annoying to this business and all the employees seem miserable about working there. Went to Southold Automotive instead where the owner always makes me feel welcome."

"Too bad I didn't have time to review their reviews!!! We blew a tire and was looking for a replacement. A camper store recommended them and we took to drive as there were no bigger tire stores in the area. Their worker was SO rude and dismissive. He claimed they were closed although the garage was still open and when asked where else I would be able to find another tire place...just answered we are closed. No attempt to try to help. When the other woman with him tried to offer an answer he quickly shut her up. What is wrong with people! Going over and beyond and that extra mile is what makes you a good business. Shame on you and your workers!"
