"The employees are great, the tanning is nice but when it comes to canceling your membership the place is a crook. First to cancel you have to pay a $5 fee and then before they allow you to cancel you have to sign a form saying you will pay the following months package fee, I tried to refuse it seeing so I wouldn’t be using it but they wouldn’t cancel and it would continue to be withdrawn from my account, the cancellation process is awful and they will soak every last cent out of you possible. It’s terrible!"
"I understand covid-19 has shut down almost every business during the pandemic, however Hawaiian Holiday Albany st location has a sign on door stating that they would be reopening on april 1st. I went there and and no one was there. Of course I called and everyone is delusional about the sign in the door. Utica needs more tanning salons other then Hawaiian Holiday."
